Change your frequency, each thought of gratitude at a time
What do you want in life? What do you really want? What steps have you taken to achieve it? Or have you even tried? What excuses have come in between you and the things you want? And what steps have you taken to work around them?
Ask yourself these questions and don’t stop asking until you come to valid points as to WHY you are still in the ‘wanting’ and not in the ‘having’.
We may want to blame everything and everyone else for the lack of things in our life. Our family, friends, immediate family, society we live in, and of course, government…. But at the end of the day, even with so many issues we may face, if we get rid of laziness, lack of gratitude and feelings of unworthiness, we have the potential to change our frequency from that of wanting, to that of experiencing and having.
Stop being lazy.
Stop blaming others
Stop feeling sorry for yourself
And start living in gratitude.
You have a dream?
Be grateful that you have the power to dream (even if it has not yet become a reality).
You have air in your lungs and organs that is working perfectly without you having to ‘do’ anything?
Be grateful for the air you breathe, and that you have a healthy body.
You have a roof over your head and a warm bed to sleep in?
Be grateful that you not only have shelter but a comfortable space to live in and rest your body when you are tried.
You have family and friends who care and love you?
Great! Don’t take out your frustration on them because of things going on in your life. Speak politely and warmly to them. Show them love and gratitude for all they do for you.

Be grateful that you have a smart device and WIFI to be able to connect you to the online world.
At the end of the day, being grateful for the things we have (and also for each thing we don’t have) changes our frequency from the feelings of lack, to the feeling of abundance. Because when you are grateful, you are already in abundance.
Sometimes it isn’t always easy to be in gratitude especially when meeting with colleagues, friends or even family who love to discuss every possible negative situation out there. But aim to be so positive, with so much of gratitude that you change the minds and frequencies of the people who prefer to dwell in negativity. Be so positive, and implement that into your everyday life, that people look at you and go, “Wow, I want to be like you”.
There isn’t anything that is impossible. Our dreams and our fears are all possible. The one you choose to feed is the one that will become a reality.
